This whole discussion is silly on several levels. Anyway, if there is a heaven, which I increasingly doubt based on the way people around the world, great and small, treat each other today, and throughout history, there is no possible way that Hitler, Stalin, Dahmer, Bundy, etc. could be there. Any last minute "conversion" would have been insincere at best. Just look at their conduct. There was never a point at which they stepped back and disavowed what they had done and set about acting rightly. There is no way that such a person would truly have accepted Christ without then experiencing a dramatic and quite obvious change in behavior, starting with how they treated other people. Obviously that did not happen with these monsters.

if he accepted jesus christ as his saviour...

repented of his sins,and asked gods forgiveness in the name of his lord and savior jesus christ...he will be in heaven..

"all those who call upon the name of the lord shall be saved"..

we are all sinners before we're saved..just to different degrees...god will forgive all of us...he is true to his word..

and even after we are saved,we sin,..but are not considered sinners in gods eyes anymore...but saints....washed in the blood of jesus...our old sin nature replaced by a new nature, that WANTS to turn away from sin and follow god...even though we can never do his will perfectly we WANT TO...whereas before we wanted to do OUR WILL..not gods....

YES.......its possible a bad guy his whole life could have a turn around at the end.....(like that guy next to jesus on the other cross) and ask for forgiveness and be saved.

Man....if Hitler, OJ, Dahmer, Bundy, Gacy etc...
are there when I get there......I'm gonna puke.....right there on St. Peter!

If Hitler repented, he'd have to spend about a kajillion years in Purgatory before he could go to Heaven.

But technically, I guess he could.

Or.....once they get to heaven....its......well its heaven.

Assumes you believe in purgatory. As far as I know, only Catholics believe in that.

You'd be amazed at how many think Dahmer and Hitler and other crazy's are in heaven but people like the Dali Lama, Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela etc. aren't there or won't be accepted when its their time.

If thats the case Jesus is nuts, and heaven won't be what everyone thinks it is..........

suicide= Hell)
Suicide = hell?

What kind of a God would create a world where millions are distressed to the point of taking their own lives and then send them to hell?

Certainly not a GOOD God or a LOVING God..........IMO.

Have you ever heard the phrase God doesn't give us more then we can handle? Suicide is proof that that is a false premise..........

Christian God would then be an a--hole!!!

He was doing Gods work by dispatching the Jews, of course he is in Heaven.
Thats something many christians won't look at. According to christianity, you must have faith in Jesus for salvation. Jews do not believe Jesus was the saviour. Therfore they are all in hell according to christian doctrine. Hitler really could have been doing Gods dirty work.

Its very evident in the OT God doesn't mind killing, no matter what the reasons for. To prove your love for him, to provee a point, to prove his power, because you were holding back money from him, because he's insecure, the list goes on and on.

We want to remember that Saul persecuted the Christians the same way that Hitler persecuted the Jews, If Saul could change Hitler can also.
Yes, Hitler can find Grace and Mercy of the Lord.
If Jesus can forgive, why can't we?

If the statement: suicide = hell is true, then there is no one to blame but God.

Suicide is a very different subject, I think. First, is the person who commits suicide mentally ill? If so, then would God commit someone mentally ill to hell? If not, then what about the psycopaths and sociopaths that commit awful crimes?

I don't know, I have been 'that' depressed before. People who commit suicide don't think about heaven or hell. They are so down, so lost, that they only think of ending their pain. They have absolutely no hope.

Silly question. How can anyone know that heaven exists in the first place?

And no. Just because a book says so doesn't make it fact.
