I think its just as posible than God creating the earth in 7 days. Nobody "REALLY" knows. Some will say read the bible, but come on were talking about posibilities you have used your own brain to come up with.

If people look at accient writings, sculptures, pictures there is deffinatly more to the notion that there is a higher power and not some all seeing being but mabye more intelligent forms of life. To date we could never build pyramids with the technology we have today, some of the stones are just too masive. How about the Summerians knowledge of the solar system thousands of years before the birth of jesus? I don't belive in evolution where one species turns into another, and I don't believe that God created the earth in 7 days. I am believeing more and more that other forms of life populated the earth and all the writings lie the bible have some truth but not the way we interpret it today. Half the bible talks about everyday things that any person could believe but it also talks about giants, angels, miracles. Why are somethings to be taken literally and somethings not?

Yes, God was NOT born on Earth.
(Jesus was, of course.)

And Yes, we are here because He put us here.

The person asking such a ridiculous question is one who was, and remanis blind to the truth. If he actually wants to know the truth about anything, God included, he must first lose his arrogance, and seek truth humbly, and then God will reveal Himself to you. Reading the Bible won't do it, because you are blind. You can memeorize it, but unless and until you have a true desire to seek God, who is truth, life and love, you might as well play cards, for all you'll understand if you have the desire in your heart.

What the flip?

God is God.
He is NOT an alien. If someone says man made up religion, this is the real manmade crap: human myths about aliens leading to diefication of ET.

God created not only humans, but all life and all creation. Not Only that, God created the LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE which do not change and govern all the worlds, from the ultra microscopic sub atomic to the galactic.

There is a single Creator of all this. And we in english recognize Him as God. In spanish, Dios, French, Deiu.

ok you said "God created not only humans, but all life and all creation".

it is very clear that God also created all Gays from what you have just posted above. are you still going to argue that Gays are created by the Devil ?

The Book of Genesis is only a partial account of the story, research the Sumerian Epic of Creation aka "The Enuma Elish", which predates Judaic history and you will learn (watch the catch phrases)The Gods (Elohim-plural)came to earth to mine the gold needed for their atmosphere. They mated with Ape and created humans. If you trace the evolution of man, there is a period of time, a gap...then suddenly Homo Sapien's appear which is a complete disruption of the ongoing evolutionary cycle....enter Modern Man. So it wasn't a one time deal, there were many attempts...until they got it right. What do you think happened to all of the mythical animals of ages past...they were all destroyed in the crossing of the planet from where the God's came...Man learned about reproduction and started going after every living thing...it's all in the bible. The God's were sorry they created man and destroyed all on the earth except one man and his family....Noah.
Read it and weep...you don't have to believe it, whereby I'm sure most of you want. Sometimes I wish I had never studied so far...to arrive at this truth. The other way is much easier but when you open the door to knowledge and truth, you cannot turn back. So when your preacher tells you the fable in Genesis about Adam and Eve...he doesn't know any better, and I'm serious.

Why? How do you know God isn't a higher evolved being then humans? Our creator would be anything that brought us here. You can't really think that this planet is the only one with life? There are billions out there. God creates life on one planet why? so we can live our lives worshiping him. What is the reason for that. Are you familiar with any of the Summarian writings? The talk about genetic mutation, the solar systems and many other things amd this was way before the egyptians. Get your head out of the clouds a maybe try to look deeper into something that has not been force fed to you. You might find something more interesting and thought provoking.

no life form that intelligent would mate with apes. I do think they genetically altered the dna to come up with humans though.

When I say they mated with Apes, they used a form of cloning, possibly what is being done today. The word "rib" was mistranslated by the old Church fathers. For those of you that do not believe that, explain why women have 12 pairs of ribs and men have 12 pairs of ribs. Moving right along....

Christians need not feel that the Bible or their faith is threatened by science's recent progress in cloning animals...

When God created the universe He established specific ordinances that control its existence and functioning (Ps 199.90-91).

God also endowed humans with intelligence to gradually discover how He put things together.(Deu 29.29)

When we discover one of God's physical ordinances, we call it "science."

It is BECAUSE of God's permissive will that we are able to discover and use His physical laws in working with the things that God made.

What we CANNOT do is that which God did in the beginning -- create a universe out of absolutely nothing (ex nihilo).

Neither can we change God's physical laws. We can merely discover and work within their parameters.

When we discovered cloning, God didn't say, "OOPS!"

Cloning is legal within God's physical laws.
Cloning is possible because of God's permissive will.

Cloning is not a faith problem. Cloning is a moral problem.

Why 7?

Why not 1?

Or, why not instantly?

The "gosh" number of 7 was just to support the Levites tithes from the other tribes of Israel, and nothing more.

It's no more significant that the old laws prohibiting wearing mixed fabrics or eating meat and dairy at the same time.

Silliness.

Go look up "hubris".

Your post is a classic example of it.

You imagine that the Ultimate Creator of the Universe is not only AWARE of your pathetic existence, but CARES, TOO.

Sheesh!

But, wait--it's worse! You are not only so arrogant to assume the above-- you are even MORE arrogant, in that you ASSUME that YOU KNOW what god wants, and what god is going to do in the future!

Wow!

That takes an ego the size of a PLANET!
