Has America been "dumbed down" by watching GW Bush over the years stutter and try in vain to articulate simple points to the extent that seeing a President as highly educated and articulate as President Obama seems to be out of the ordinary for them.

He is contemplating his options. Yea RIGHT the dud does not have a plan and he DOES NOT have a clue.

So what we have here is an Indonesian citizen who conned several million ignorant Americans into believing in his form of CHANGE which by the way is only the same ol Democratic politics as usual. You know secret deals signed and sealed behind locked and bared doors. Out of controlled spending and government buy outs. Bush had absolutely nothing to do with Barry seizing control over GM and firing it's CEO. Nor did Bush have anything to do with giving the AIG and CitiCorp Executives multimillion dollar bonuses this past summer. That was all Barry and the Congressional Democrats.

Now Barry is creating his "Enemy List". Now that ain't too very smart. As President a person can't afford to be making too many enemies. Especially when you need those people to help get your agenda passed.

I guess that is why Barry's job approval rating is now down to 46% the lowest of any President we have ever had in their first 9 month in office. And he has 3 years and 4 more months to go before he is voted OUT of office.

Obama is man like any other and his actions are controlled by a woman, Michelle. She does not permit him to smoke at home, in the White House, so every opportunity he has, he is away, going here and there spreading himself too thin.

If he were allowed to smoke in the White House the face of the Presidencey would change and he might actually accomplish something.

I thought I would pass out laughing. He is nowhere near as articulate as either Jefferson, Lincoln, FDR or JFK off the top of my head. When he utters a phrase like "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country" then we can entertain the idea that he compares to any of the previously mentioned presidents. Obama was born in Hawaii, newspaper birth announcements prove that. He is an American citizen and would have been even if born outside the US due to his mothers citizenship. Thus the "natural born" part would have been the only thing missing. Amazing conspiracy then. To fake natural born citizen only in case he ran for president one day.
As for Soetoro. He was a University of Hawaii student where he met Obama's mother. He was recalled to serve in the military of Indonesia. Obama lived there from 6 to 10, where he went to St. Francis of Assisi School in Jakarta. NOT VERY MUSLIM. Pretty Catholic to be exact. Then back to Hawaii to live with his grandparents.

So who should be the president?

He is an ELECTED representative. A person who is ELECTED cannot be checked like every other government appointee. When was the last time you ever heard of a Member of the Congress or a President denied a security clearance? NEVER! That is because they are elected by the people.

There are no background checks of a candidate prior to running for office either. A convicted felon is able to run for political office. They may not be able to vote. But they can run for office. Under the Constitution only the United States Congress has the authority to insure a candidate is eligible to run for the Congress and the Presidency and Vice Presidency. If the Congress fails to check like they did with Barry then it is left up to We the People to decide if a person is eligible to run and if we feel he or she fails the requirements like being an American citizen then we have a duty to cast our vote for his or her opponent.

Hilary Clinton was the one Senator who first questioned Barry's eligibility and she was shut down by the "Machine" lead by Kennedy. The Democrats simply DO NOT care if Barry is an American citizen or not as long as they are able to put the first "BLACK MAN" in office that is all they care about.

This is really not too surprising since most of the Democrats in the Congress are not eligible themselves to be holding a seat in the Congress. They are either a lawyer which disqualifies them or they fail to meet the inhabitancy requirement.

So you see our concerns over Barry's legal citizenship is a real and justified concern.

No he isn't he was adopted in Indonesia by Lolo Soetoro. Because the adoption took place in Indonesia, Indonesia had jurisdiction and not the United States. Therefore because Indonesia had jurisdiction American citizenship laws DO NOT apply.

Legally his name is Barry Soetoro a citizen of Indonesia. I have posted a copy of Barry's school registration record that proves Barry is a citizen of Indonesia. This is an official Indonesian government record. All information contained on this document MUST be verified.

So pointing to Hawaii or even Kenya as Barry's actual place of birth is immaterial since he was adopted in Indonesia under Indonesian laws. Since Indonesia had jurisdiction over Barry's adoption American citizenship laws DO NOT apply.

Jurisdiction means everything. And yes Barry used his name Barry Soetoro when he registered at Occidental College and he received a grant only given to foreign students by our State Department. Before a person is given the grant they must provide proof of foreign citizenship Barry provided proof of his Indonesian Citizenship in order to get the grant. Not only that but when Barry traveled to Pakistan to visit his mother he used his Indonesian Passport to enter Pakistan. At that time Pakistan was under Marshal Law and nobody but Muslims were allowed in or out of the country.

If Barry was an American citizen traveling on an American Passport he would NOT have been allowed to enter Pakistan.

You still refuse to address Barry's forged Certificate of Live Birth. His sister who was born in Indonesia also has a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth only hers is not a forgery. So why is Barry's a forgery if he was born in Hawaii as you claim.

And as you already know Barry's school registration records prove he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro even if Mechelle hadn't admitted it her own self. Those Indonesian government records clearly state that Barry is in fact a citizen of Indonesia and NOT an American citizen.

You have yet to provide anything other than your own personal opinion while I have provided verifiable evidence in the form of Barry's school registration records and his forged Hawaiian Certificate of Live birth.

So exactly where is your documented proof that American citizenship laws supersede Indonesian jurisdiction and Indonesian adoption laws. Oh yea before you go to the State Department's web site AGAIN and point to the same old worn out page about children adopted by American in this country. I wish to remind you that we are taking about an American child who has been adopted in a foreign country under that countries laws. If you will go to the proper part of that same web site you will notice as I have pointed out many times that the United States recognized the adoptions of American children in a foreign country as binding on that child.

Barry's adoption and Indonesian citizenship by adoption is binding and can only be changed when Barry applies for an American citizenship and becomes a Naturalized Citizen of the United States just like every other foreigner seeking an American citizenship.

That still leaves us with this one simple fact Barry's sister was able to get a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth. She was born to Lolo Soetoro and Ann Soetoro. Barry was unable to get such a certificate Why? Could it be because he was Adopted? Could it also be true that because of Barry's adoption the State of Hawaii was unable to issue him a Certificate of Live Birth?

Barry is in fact a citizen of Indonesia deal with it.
