The problem is that there are so many people who are so sure, because they refuse to admit anything else. Admitting that they don't have all the answers would mean that they too are lost.

I have to say that I have more faith now in the love of God after I decided to just say "God I don't know the answers, but I believe you care about me and I would love to grow closer to you. I believe you have the power to show me who you are and if I never know the entire truth, I can trust that you love me enough to reveal it without a shadow of doubt in my whole being. Otherwise, I am just going to love you and share my love with other people."
Don't let people make you feel like God doesn't accept you and that you are lost when you are being honest. This isn't something you need to be convinced of in words, but something that is between you and the God I know love us!
