Terms like "probable" are used in all facets of science including the theories about things like gravity and particle physics.

That doesn't negate them, it merely acknowledges that at the given time they were written all the evidence points to the conclusion surmised from that theory.

Look at what's happening in particle physics today thanks to discoveries being made by the real science conducted using the Large Hadron Collider for an excellent example.

Doing great here, family spent the summer in Texas with the inlaws. Kids are back to school now and the summer was very hot.
