Other than pot, what is considered a "soft" drug? Meth? Cocaine? Heroin? I could possibly get on board with legalizing weed, but everything else I can think of off the top of my head is just too dangerous to be legal.

drug are not responsible for deaths per se,but th conditions of that drug use take place.
most drug related deaths are due to intoxication and drugs allergic shocks from overdose.
netherlands system philsophy was originaly to save lives, and that it did.
in the same philosophy line drug addicts are viewed as patients .
Methadone maintenance is available on demand. In 1998, a number of Dutch cities started experimenting with prescribing heroin, in combination with methadone, on medical grounds, meaning that the government allows use of heroin and methadone substitutes under medical supervision.

this practice resulted in the elimination of:
-hiv or hepatitis spreading from drug use.
-elimination of deaths of drug addicts in the medical proscription programs.(there are still drug related deaths from unsupervised use)
-crime reductions, drugs are the primal income of organize crime along prostitution.(which is also legal and supervised by the government)
-averting family and social problems ,from the economic collapse of families due to drug user members.
-minimize the psychological effects of drug use.

drug addicts are normal people with works and families , that receive their dose or substitutes , along with the government and medical services effort to enable them to abandon use.

Like in the NL where it's legal to buy and smoke weed in the coffeshops, it isn't allowed to drink alcohol.

So ppl have to decide if they would rather smoke or drink in the public. Of course it's possible to just buy it go home and get drinks lol

so i say yes for legalizing weed

Well I was livin in Amsterdam and there are no pubs where u can drink and smoke.

Of course u can drink alcohol, but in the pubs u can only buy weed legally - no alcohol allowed there.

I have no clue what u mean with an entertainment center.
