For your sake stand up and demand equality. For our country’s sake start asking why we are taxed, fined and put into poverty and desperate positions by government lawlessness. There are about 225,000 residents in Butte County. Together we can affect positive non-violent change in our County! How? STAND UP AND DEMAND EQUALITY IN ALL THINGS AMERICAN.
Where do we start? I would like to ask your help to convene a Butte County Grand Jury investigation into violations of our Bill of Rights (4-8 amendments to the US Constitution) by Butte County Government employees and contractors. I would like to ask several Butte County employees some tough questions about the books and records of Butte County redevelopment agencies. If experience has taught me anything, it is that a government's books and records can tell the public a lot about the crimes being committed in their county. I submit to you that Economic crimes by district attorneys, public defenders, and judges cause rampant violations of the Bill of Rights by too many government workers. These crimes crawl up the economic latter like a rotten disease extinguishing the possibility of the American Dream of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

What the public can expect to happen after the Grand Jury Inquiry investigation:
1) Find a way to make it easier for the Butte County public to audit the books and records of Butte County in order for the public to make sure the taxes, fines, and fees are being spent lawfully and in the manner for which they were intended.
2) Centralize Butte County government run websites that process complaints against Butte County government employees so that the public can more easily submit, and view current and past complaints against government employees, contractors and other government bodies.
3) Find a way to make it easier for the Butte County public to investigate frequent complaints against Butte County government employees and contractors because The California Commission on Judicial performance and the California State Bar are not properly supervising Butte County Judges or Lawyers. These two agencies ignore public complaints by dismissing many complaints from the public as non-prosecutable offenses.
4) Allow the citizens of Butte County to monitor all the bank accounts and investment accounts of any Butte County government employee even remotely involved in the collection of taxes, fines, or fees.
5) Post ALL Butte County government employee salaries including the non-monetary benefits of their job. For example, does the Butte County government employee get a car to take home or a gas card.
6) Last and most importantly: Find a way to fire Mike Ramsey and any other Butte County employees for their violations of the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments to the US Constitution and take away their pension.
