How Obamacare diaper's CAEI:

1. Throw CAEI down.
2. If using a changing table don't use the safety straps to prevent the CAEI from falling.
3. Remove your CAEI’s clothes.
4. Un-tape the soiled diaper, but do not remove. They enjoy their smell.
5. Place a burp cloth over the CAEI, especially when changing little CAEI, to prevent any accidents from spraying in your or CAEI’s face.
6. Clean the diaper area with a wet wipe/wash cloth. Wiping from the front to back will help prevent spreading bacteria that could cause an infection when changing little girls (CAEI). Also make sure that you thoroughly clean between the fat folds.
7. Open the clean diaper.
8. Gently lift CAEI’s legs up and slide out the soiled diaper and replace it with the clean diaper. The taped side should be underneath.
9. Apply any lotion, CAEI power, or diaper rash cream as directed by CAEI’s Obamacare healthcare provider.
10. Pull the front of the diaper through CAEI’s legs and use one hand to gently hold it against CAEI’s stomach.
11. With the other hand un-tape one side and secure it to the front of the diaper. Repeat with the other side.
12. To make sure the diaper is not too tight or too loose make sure you are able to slide two fingers in the top front of the diaper.
13. Redress CAEI and you are all done!

The faculty of a Michigan college is up in arms over the choice of singer, actor and author Pat Boone as commencement speaker for the institution’s 2012 graduation ceremony.
According to a report in the Toledo Blade, petitions protesting Boone’s selection and honorary degree have been circulating among students and faculty at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich., since the school announced the decision on April 2. The school’s faculty association even approved a resolution last week condemning the choice and demanding the school withdraw its invitation.

Janet Salzwedel, an officer with the faculty association, told the newspaper professors were upset with what she called Boone’s “inflammatory kinds of rhetoric.”

The Blade also cited objections over Boone’s willingness to question Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president and the legitimacy of the document the White House presented as Obama’s purported, long-form birth certificate.
