Why didn't autism rise in the 60's or 70's when vaccinations were just a prevalent as now? The facts are that there are more chemicals put in our food. Mercury levels in seafood is higher than ever. There are more genetically engineered foods on the market, including in baby food and formula. There is no more conclusive link to vaccinations as any of the other keys, except for this. 36,000 Americans die from the flu every year. How many people have an adverse reaction to a flu shot? A couple thousand, mostly mild reactions like soreness, stiffness, low grade fever. If I had a choice to be 18 times more likely to die than get a fever, I'd choose the fever thanks.

I want you to remember one rule:
Correlation does not indicate causation.
But more to the point:
1. There could have be literally THOUSANDS of things that created the environment to have high levels of Autism.
2. According to the website Fighting Autism (http://www.fightingautism.org/index.php ) Oregon is the highest per capita (12.054 per 10,000 people) and California is the highest overall (24,863)
3. Understand as well that "children" for this study were in the age ranges of 3 to 22.

Educate yourself.

I personally know 2 people (in the same two mile radius) who got GuilliameBarre after they got the flu shot within the last 4 years. It's a long road to recovery if you recover and there is lasting damage. And I wouldn't say I knew "a lot" of people. Those aren't good odds.
