And that cube's balance point with the sun is just about dead center of the sun. If you stretched the sun out into a bar and put it on a balance beam that cube would be at the center.
That is the gravitational properties of mass. Then you have the EM properties that are much stronger, and that give form and action.
You are a hologram looking back at your source.
Hang a rock on a string and watch how it reacts to EM induction.:-)
Tell you what, you go stretch the sun and tell us all what happens.

Die and you would know, it’s only when you are alive that these things mean anything to anyone.
Death - the total and permanent cessation of all the vital functions of an organism, that my dears idiots included the thinking function.
The "conscious" "thinking" function, my dear.

You have yet to prove that dreams, imagination, and those more esoteric thingies you constantly have in your life are produced purely by a piece of meat. The meat is just a filter. A manifestation of a more eternal "consciousness".

You don't come from nothing and have consciousness of the type you have. Logic and reason dictate that. Start thinking for yourself and quit just reciting verses of your high priests of scientism. Do the brain work. Take time and effort to connect the dots of the info they give you.

Haha! Yeah that was highly revolutionary for its time. And following that, was the highly-celebrated-by-all game, Duke Nukem 3D! If there ever was a time to cry about shitty backward graphics, it was in that game!

I'd certainly recommend the expansion. You wouldn't even want to play the original once you've been through the expansion. That's a lot more interesting. Aside from the original NOD, GDI and Scrin, there are separatist faction armies of each of these with their own unique units and upgrades. Plus each army has superweapons, kinda like the GDI Mammoth MKII of Tiberian Sun, but this time all armies have their superweapon. Plus this Global Conquest thing is where you have a world map and a handful of army bases around the world. Each little skirmish you play has consequences over your entire global conquest. It's strategising on a small and large scale.

You are only half right.
re-

— prefix
1. indicating return to a previous condition
2. indicating repetition of an action ie: "again"

In the case of the word research as used here on this forum,#1 applies not #2.

Research in the context of this debate means to go back to the beginning and take into account ALL known data collectively {both old and new} to perhaps arrive at a different conclusion or hypothesis.

RE does NOT necessarily mean "again." It CAN mean that but it is not restricted to that.

The sun stretches me, sweetheart, not the other way around. You don't seem to understand your true place in this universe.

However, I could do it via a leverage, but I prefer things the way they are right now. I haven't got the foresight to see the ramifications of tinkering with the machinery of the Great Engineer in the Sky. Some buttons you just don't push.

Well in terms of technology, that stuff can only be good for a while. In a few years it's soon inadequate.
I think the life of pcs and laptops has been increasing over time though. They don't get obsolete as quick as they used to. My pc at home is going strong for 8 years now, and my laptop for 6 years is still more than sufficient.
They are actually obsolete within 2 years , that doesn't mean they wont perform the required tasks though.
The biggest problem in the advancement of computer technology
is the operating systems and software being written for them.
It doesn't keep up and by the time it catches up, the machines have advanced again. Like right now for instance, machines utilize up to 8 system cores, but no software can make much use of them.
In fact most software will only utilize 2 cores.
Machines utilize up to 32 GB ram ,
(windows 64 bit allocates much more) but not much soft wear can take advantage of this.
Slowly it catches up but hardware technology doubles every two years.

Wrong - you have to prove they are made by magic.

Wrong - Modern imaging techniques now allow the active centres of the brain to be seen while the subject is dreaming, i.e. we can see dreams happening.

Wrong – Modern imaging techniques now allow the active centres of the brain to be seen while the subject is imagining, i.e. we can see the process of imagination happening right there in that piece of meat.

Wrong, If you take time and effort to connect the dots you will see that by magic all your gods disappear and the real universe comes into focus.

I’ve told you before I don’t five a damn about your pseudo science magic and the supernatural. You are welcome to dream what you like but don’t try and claim my thoughts or actions are the result of some magic and mythical entity you call god.

You're in the mood to spend today, especially on the spur of the moment. Be careful if you can't afford to make any impulse purchases, because a lack of cash won't stop you! If you do decide to splash out on something, you may be disappointed when you get it home and you might even decide to take it back.
