Can right-wingers be taken seriously?

I see so many posts using racial,sexual, and religious slurs from right-wingers. Just so you know,many of us find it rather amusing because it takes away the validity of your argument.

I don't see that lefties are any nicer. I've seen the same garbage spewed from the left as well as the right. Makes it hard to stay in the middle with so much crap flying around.

I have seen some insults hurled from the left, but not nearly as many. Try going to any thread involving minorities, gays, and Barack Obama.

Just go to any forum with McCain or Bush as a topic and you'll see the same insults.

If monica did not pull out the blue dress, things would have been much different today.

I've never seen any post making fun of their race, religion, or sexuality. I have seen quite a few comments questioning their intelligence. That is fair game when it comes to politics.

How about the names the democrats call the Republicans? Neo-cons,repuke,etc. That really shows the maturity level of many of those who cling to Liberalism. On many,many occasions I have been called all sorts of names by the liberals.

I will if and when they make a claim on here and can actually back it up with verifiable facts.

Fair enough. There are bad apples on both sides, but I do feel that they are doing themselves a disservice by acting exactly the opposite of what we are fighting for.

All that means is "new conservative" ~ hardly much of an insult. Try looking at posts by ones like Garand; he can't write a single post without calling us "idiots", "morons", "Anti-American", "Anti-Freedom" and "Communists".

I've been called some pretty vile things by the far left,I think my avatar may have something to do with it. I've always found it kind of pathetic when right off the bat they start calling me names,and making assumptions about my intelligence.That kind of behavior (by anyone) is childish.I don't like name calling from either side,I far prefer subtle innuendo;)

I agree that everyone *Should* look at that thread 'cause you will see FAR more name calling from the "right".

Look at how us "libs" have tried to converse politely and then the childish name calling that comes back to us.
