The U.S. Supreme Court to Take on Gun Ban, Patriot Act Provision

The Supreme Court has decided time and again that the Second Amendment is an individual right. Why do they continue to beat this dead horse? Because of the damn hypocritical liberals.

If Federal law trumps state laws over medical marijuana, then why doesn't it trump state laws over unconstitutional/illegal gun ban laws?

they are going to overturn many restrictive local and state laws ag. possession of firearms to defend oneself. about time this supreme court took action to protect the godfearing citizens of our country from liberal left wing progressive morons.

It will not be long before the SC is taken over by liberal fucktards.

Then ALL our basic liberty will be at risk.

The anti Gun loby is going to keep trying till they ban guns.
They have just put another antigun idiot in the supreme Court, it is getting closer to taking all the guns outright.
The Coal companies used the same strategy with the UMWA contract, they kept arbitrating the same case over and over and loosing it every time,, but then a Pro Company Arbitrater would hear it and side with the company,"then" the case would go to the Arbitration Review board and they could make a final decision which was most of the time in the Favor of the company.
Thats what the anti Gunners are doing,, trying to take guns to get a state supremem ruling that the people have the right, or dont have the right, then it can go to teh supreme Court, and in the future with all the antiguners being picked for the court, we will soon loose the right altogether.
If it wasn't in the making the United States Supreme Court would simply refuse to hear it based on past ruleings, yet they are hearing every case,, It's comming in the future that our Guns are going to be history.
IMHO the NRA is helping sell us out, they keep takeing concessions left and right,.
I hope I'm wrong, but I think that what I'm typing in here is true..The Austrailians and the Ukrainians said for us to watch out, they took theirs so fast they didn't see it comming..

Unfortunately you are way too stupid to understand that the previous ruling,in a case involving a U.S. District, specifically did not address laws in the 50 states,so that needs to be done here.Just a technicality I'm sure.Keep crying about your irrational fears,bitch,we love it when crap like you are confused,persecuted and powerless. Chicago is already like the wild west or worse. Over a 16 month period over 500 students were shot! If you make Guns Illegal, the only people that will have guns will be murders and Thieves. Since they know that all the Law Abiding Citizens won't have guns, they'll have a Field day. I say make it EASIER to have guns. I want that Thief to think "I wonder if i should rob him. He Might be Packin'". Guns won't go away. there is NO WAY to Eliminate guns completely. You can't uninvent guns. The only way to have true safety in a world where guns exist, is to own a gun.

There are some Exceptions though:

-Mentally Insane citizens should not have Guns

-Those Convicted of a Felony should not have Guns

-Citizens under the age of 21 Should not have Guns

-Those that have not received gun safety training should not have guns.

Other than those rules, i don't see any problem with gun ownership.

So you all believe that every American has a right to any gun they want?
