Police said a witness saw McNair arrive at the condo in the upscale Rutledge Hill neighborhood between 1:30 and 2 a.m. Saturday and that Kazemi’s vehicle was already there. The condominium is located within walking distance of an area filled with restaurants and nightspots, a few blocks from the Cumberland River and within view of the Titans’ stadium.

An arrest affidavit from Thursday said Kazemi had bloodshot eyes and alcohol on her breath when she was pulled over, but refused a breathalyzer test, saying “she was not drunk, she was high.”

McNair and his family frequented the restaurant where Kazemi was a waitress, according employees and patrons of Dave & Buster’s in Nashville. Keith Norfleet, Kazemi’s ex-boyfriend, told The Tennessean newspaper that McNair and Kazemi met at the restaurant.

“She was reliable 90 percent of the time,” manager Chris Truelove said of Kazemi.“She was pretty outgoing. A lot of the guests liked being around her, and she liked being around the guests.”

It's a murder suicide most likely, with the young woman doing the killing. Maybe she wanted him all to herself and he wouldn't leave his wife. Or he was telling her good-bye, and she said, "Goodbye is right....BLAM!"

Too bad for his wife. She learns not only that he's dead but he was cheating on her. Those mixed emotions complicate grieving; you hate him and miss him at the same time.

It's unusual for young women to own guns (good thing, too).

Blame the city of Nashville for this one on how they give special treatment to their "Football Stars". Over the past 6 years Mr. McNair had 3 probable DUI's and an Illegal Gun Possession. These charges were either dropped or pinned on someone else who was with McNair at the time.

If the law enforcement would have done their job and not given special treatment to him, he might have seen the light and changed his ways.

I seen him on at least a dozen occassions out partying and you would have never suspected that he was a married man with 4 children.

This is a senseless tragedy that could have been prevented a very long time ago.

Steve McNair was a Family Man alright.

This girl was messed up in the head. McNair paid for the mistake of infidelity with his life.

Having a 4 month affair with an unknown 20 year old Drug using Iranian Skank 16 years younger than you is very Dangerous!
