Do not mention the company names or a person's name please. if necessary a good nickname would suffice or 'he' or 'she'.

How does a person, especially a woman handle catty people in the workplace? In my case, there are 4 women, the cacklin hen's who are tearing me apart (behind my back). My nickname for each of them is "frigid", "catty", "frumpy" and "worthless" of course I would have their name listed after this description. I know I am answering my own question: they are small minded people, jealous perhaps, feel threatened, and that I brought some good changes to the company. Worthless could have done it herself, but, she doesn't have forthsite. I did get alot of great feedback from people saying they liked the change, but these 4 cacklin hens are still gossiping and showing their claws and teeth even though I am no longer there. What does a person do in this case? I'd like to confront them but they are cowards.
