Ford to cut 25,000 to 30,000 jobs, close 14 facilities by 2012

We all work hard for our money, so it only makes sense to spend it on good quality products. Consumer report listed the top 10 most reliable vehicles this past week, not one single Big three vehicle made it to the list - all Japanese. I said Big three because the big three vehicles are not made in USA anymore. If you want to keep having to take your vehicle to the dealership every other month for some fixing, then buy the Big three vehicle. Good luck.

Gee, why don't we all buy honda's and toyotas and every foriegn car we can so japan, korea, china will get stronger day by day, so that our businesses will slowly go under and we can all start working for say, walmart or wendy's or some other job we don't want, oh and let's get rid of all those high paying managment jobs, gee i don't ever want one of those, and I would never want my son or daughter to have one of those high paying jobs, I want them to work for some japanese guy or an Indian, yea that sounds great. yes tupelo is in the usa, but guess what the money dont stay here.!!!all they are doing is taking over the auto industry putting americans out of work oh sure they'll put 2000 people to work but theyve already run 75,000 jobs out. yes it has every thing to do with our so called wonderful government who allows other corporations tax free incintives and they dont pay tarifs. ONE DAY EVERYONE WILL WONDER WHAT THE H, HAPPENED.

So, they don't pay American workers, who pay mortgages, groceries, etc. with that pay? What about the vendors who they buy from domestically? Same for them, mortgages, groceries, etc.

So, Toyota can do with 2000 people what someone else did with 75000? Good for them. The other folks should be out of business because they weren't that good at it then.
