Why Do So Many Men Abuse Women?

No matter never beat a women or kid. Thats the bottom line i knew wen i was a kid if u all dont stay away or u will get what u deserve. The world never gana get better try 2 enjoy b4 it ends should be now i believe.

your dad was not an abuser or your mom. you did not grow up in an abusive home and you were never abusive but some how in the last year of your marriage it becomes abusive. By both the man and woman but more so the man.Does that give either the right to cheat ? what if that person has never been abusive to a partner before but something changes this time.? theres no excuse for abuse. abuse ruined my entire life it cost me my partner and made them become something their not.I do not blame this person for leaving. no matter what there is still no excuse for it nothing gives you the right. to that person im sorry it turned out that way. I do not deserve forgiveness for what ive done . im getting help for my anger issues which i always had but for some reason surfaced and cost me the love of my life. So whatever you do if the situation gets heated walk away. come back with an open mind and a clear head if not you will suffer the greastest heart ache imaginable. i did . i will now pine for that person the rest of my life but i did it and shes moved on so because i love that person so much i will to .who knows god does crazy things maybe we will cross paths again and i will see that person i married those short years ago.my love, my best friend , my light ,and my everything. now im nothing to this person . im feared and hated with noone to blame but myself because i couldnt walk away. goodbye schweet heart i will always love you.just bored read through here and thought you might see the otherside . i now know under no circumstances is it ok to put your hands on someone or say horrible things because your angry and dont have enough self control.i know it doesnt mean much but im sorry for all the dumba** losers out there that cant keep there words or hands to themselves. i will probly never see this person again and it breaks my heart and its all my fault. maybe this will help others

Also, it would be wise for ANY woman not to be manipulated into dropping out of school, be it high school, college, vocational school, professional school, or quitting her job for an abuser who promises to "take care of her," especially if she has only known him for six months or less. That is one of the biggest mistakes a woman can make, along with moving in with or marrying him.

allow me to add.......many women who are abused, grow up in households where the mother is also abused. so they grow up to believe this is a normal situation. they do not know it is UNhealthy.

Very true, LS. I wish more women who grew up in such terrible home environments would do some serious research on how to spot abusive men before dating. That could help them realize that being abused is NOT a normal or healthy thing in a relationship or marriage.
