I love the way the ground smells after the rain

I just want to say, I am so tired of all the bashing that's been going on around topix. I was listening to the song and it inspired my to start something that could be fun. I ran out of material for the satin thread a couple of days ago.

I love the sound of the rain pattering on the roof. It's so soothing. I love the way everything looks like it's covered in a wooly gray blanket when it's raining.

Yes, this is a breath of fresh air. I loved the satin thread. That was fun! I ran out of textile puns as well though.

I used to live in Florida. At first the rain was overwhelming, the way it would come down so fast. But on a hot day, I would stand out in the rani flashes and let it pour down on me...refreshing.

I used lived in Florida too! The thunderstorms there are Very impressive. I used to sit out on my screened porch and watch them. Have you ever watched rain out over the ocean, in the distance? It's so beautiful.

We've got a line of storms moving this way now. The weatherman said it's averaging 282 lightning strikes per ten minutes. This oughtta be a good show!
