Go federalism. It's only a matter of time until all (civilized) states pass something similar. We've just got to wait for all of the old bigots to die out here in California, so a majority of voters will go for it. I'm predicting in the next six years.

How fast a culture can spin out of control, with the massive help of our Marxist rulers that guide TV/film programming, programming that programs the minds of our Godless airhead Satanic voters.
Lmao, what does murderers have to do with homosexuality? These scare tactics are quickly becoming obsolete. Here's a tip. We know that murder is wrong and harmful. Now prove that homosexuality is wrong and harmful. Bet you can't :)

One by one, our states are clawing their way out of the Dark Ages. I'm just embarrassed that my own state is taking so long to achieve social justice.

You're welcome. Now we're more progressive than California. Plus no income tax.

Oh and one more note. Last time i checked, murderers and rapists can still get married. So why aren't you pushing to take away their marriage rights? Hmmmm.......

State recognition of s-s marriage is important, but it is MORE vital that the Federal government gets rid of DOMA and recognizes s-s marriages (now legal in six states) as equal to hetero marriage, so that s-s couples can enjoy the same legal status and benefits.

My spouse and I would save $1000s by filing joint federal tax returns, and in health care costs, insurance costs, and the kinship inheritance status would put our minds at ease.

Go for it dude. Write your congressman suggesting they introduce a law that legalizes rape and murder.

Suggestion: give up your delusional thinking about gods and devils.

Common sense prevails. It's just sad that it took until the early 21st century for such trivial issues to be resolved logically.

How can they legalize marriage when they don't even know who sex is?
