LOL freakin' dumass.
The campaign scam to shift the focus off of Obama and onto Romney
will NOT work, in spite of the efforts by the left-biased MSM, or anyone else. Your crusade in here will also NOT work, troll.
Axelrod thinks he's engineered a great deflection, but five months of DEFLECTION ain't gonna happen. Obama's done, and the sooner you get that into yer thick gray matter and move on, the better off we'll All be.
Even if Obama lucks out for another 4 years, he'll be a 4 year lame duck. Hardly conducive to getting America back on her feet.
You stole that script from a Kerry supporter in 2004, didn't you?

It's not just you: Willie has that effect on a lot of people. You want proof? Just check back on this post tomorrow, and see how may check marks it's racked up ;)

I believe it does in this case, Kat. I can pretty much guarantee you that W was being sincere, and I don't usually stick me neck that far out, especially about someone in the opposing camp.

But to his credit, he's come a long way over the 5 year span. That's not flattery, just reality. Some think they can win his "approval" by flattering him. HUGE MISTAKE!

BTW I read your entire msg also, and thought it was well done.
Instead of writing that this time, I just used the anonymous judgicons.(I use those many times to keep my post count down).

LOL-
Discussing White House matters in front of a $200 an hour call girl. Brilliant!
There you go.
Next time you see Dick Morris, picture that little butterball naked!
Haaaaaaaaaaaa
Haaaaaa
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
You did say he was on the phone with President Clinton, didn't you? Maybe Morris was trying to "bond" with Clinton. Bill was probably on he phone with his pants down around his ankles, teaching Monica how to enjoy a "White Owl" cigar.

there is only ONE reason Romney will not disclose his tax returns....he has a lot to hide, apparently.
He's the only one that knows what's in there, and apparently he's made the judgement that he's better off having us suspect the worst, rather than us knowing whats in there, which apparently in his mind is worse than anything we're likely to imagine.
Possibilities include:
(1) He ended up with 120 million in his 401K by the trick of agreeing with Bain to grossly undervalue the market value of his stock, then a few years later have the stock get unvalued to the stratosphere.
(2) He participated in the tax avoidance amnesty program of a few years back, avoiding major tax penalties or prosecution.
(3) Any one or more of the other borderline legal but very bad smelling tax dodges-- "in-kind" trades, "no-risk" trades, no-risk write-offs, the list is almost endless.
And BTW he HASNT even released all of his 2010 return, he very conveniently left off the foreign investments and deposits form. Very convenient.
And his argument that it would be "bothersome" to collect the tax data is a bunch of sh--t too....he supposedly collected 23 years of the stuff to show to McCain in 2008.
The man simply cannot be trusted he changes his position on EVERY issue imaginable and LIES about his tenure at Bain Capital and he refuses to disclose his taxes....
Anyone considering voting for this slime ball should consult a mental health professional as they are experiencing a inability to grasp reality.
But when one considers who he's running against, Romney looks great!

Since I did vote for Mr. Obama, I’m going to give fielding this one a shot.(My apologies to Lyndi for answering her post, which was not addressed to me, especially so soon after I stated that wasn’t going to be my m.o.)
Here goes.

Were you this anxious to see Obama's college applications?" No. I was willing to take Harvard’s word for what they would say. Unfortunately, I was that anxious not to re-elect President Bush in the person of Sarah Palin. McCain is old, and quite possibly would have died from the pressures of this Presidency, even more possibly leaving us with a President who was worried more about being the world’s greatest mommie, setting up play dates for Trig with the kids of Secret Service agents, and brokering Bristol’s marriage to one of Romney’s sons, than doing the business of the country. The Vice Presidency would have given her time for all that – the Presidency, not so much. I thought at the time that her selection for Veep was ghastly, and a ginormous lapse in judgment. That he didn’t successfully object to bringing her on, didn’t bode well for McCain’s execution of the job. JMO. And I’ll be even more candid, and state that I agreed more with Obama on certain social issues, than I did then, or do now, with the Republican party on those issues. Economics weren’t my only consideration, and Obama’s applications to, and transcripts from, Harvard, never even had my serious consideration.
My bad.

2) "My question to you is why was your candidate free from academic scrutiny?" He wasn’t. Do you mean “why did he lock down his public records, once they’d borne all the scrutiny he cared to allow us? If it was ‘not at all’ incriminating, why lock them up?” I don’t know the answers to that, but I can guess it’s for one (or more) of several reasons, to all of which the press has alluded, and which include but may not be limited to:

a) They reveal that he applied to Harvard as a Kenyan national, contradicting the assertion that he is a native-born American citizen, and giving rise to the idea that he’s committed fraud one way or the other,
b) They reveal that he was an affirmative action Harvard student, which indicates to some that he didn’t ‘earn’ his admission to Harvard, but rather it was ‘given’ to him for being black,
c) They reveal he had average or less than stellar grades, and/or
d) He thinks they are none of our fu…rther business.

Now, if you’d like to ask,“Why would one vote for someone who might not be eligible for the office?” My answers would be that Congress surely knew whether he was an eligible citizen or not, I was willing to trust that they had answered that satisfactorily to allow him the campaign, and I’d still rather have had him than Palin. She’s not fit to preside over a meeting of Moonies. JMO
Have to truncate this, and finish in another panel - ran out of room.
TERRIFIC post, Kathryn! I even agree with parts of it ;)

3) "Did you want to look at his passports?" Yes. I wondered about the same things Hilary’s campaign wondered, and wanted to be assured that the questions asked then had truthful answers. As it turns out, I wasn’t. Don’t want to make a similar mistake this time.

4) "Did you get on political forums and discuss "THE ETHICAL AND MORAL questions about him when he was desiring to be POTUS?" Many times, although those questions were different from the ones you’ve asked here. I also had long conversations with my Uncle who is quite possibly one of the most politically savvy people on the planet, and assuredly the politically savvy person I know the best and have access to – and he loathed Obama’s ideology, thought he was a lousy Senator, and believes he’s a socialist into the bargain. Unk lives in an affluent Chicago suburb, and owns a very successful business. He voted McCain. I went with my gut, and voted the other way. I deeply regret it.(Sorry Unk. Sorry, America.)

5) "Foreign policy, national debt, housing crisis, unemployment, immigration.......... and you want to see his tax returns?" No, I want the SEC to investigate his claims that he had nothing to do with the management of Bain Capital during the time he supposedly drew a salary, assuredly participated in meetings, and was registered as the ‘sole stockholder’ of a company that put quick money, and outsourcing, above American-owned companies, and American jobs. That sounds way fishy to me, and I’m still interested in how that works. I doubt I’ll get any answers which are more satisfactory than those concerning Obama’s credentials. Millions will vote for him anyway. I won’t be one.
If anyone has read this, I thank you for your patience.
:)
I believe he's a socialist too.(And my dad thinks he's a Muslim.) Even in the unlikely event he's NOT a socialist, he's still been a dismal failure as POTUS.

Yes, for some time I didn't know he was paralyzed as I've never heard him talk of it and on tv don't see a wheelchair. I don't know, something about Morris just doesn't sit well with me, can't really point to anything right now.
His wheelchair HAS appeared onscreen once or twice, but it's rarely referred to. Not surprising, since the chair is almost always irrelevant to whatever he's discussing, and anyone who has ever heard Krauthammer speak knows that he's both brilliant and extremely perceptive.

Daily Horoscope for May 24

Capricorn

If you need to get someone organized, this is the day to do it. You'll sort things out without sounding bossy or patronizing, and you'll also get co-operation instead of resistance. It's a good day for having a serious chat with a child, perhaps because you need to explain something and want to make sure you do it properly, in a way that doesn't create confusion or fear.
