He definitely makes the Va Tech Hokies proud. They must teach mass murder at that school.

The Bush Crime Family are very good teachers in that subject.

this story stinks. First, the shooter is dead and they have other possible shooters in custody (and witness accounts of multiple shooters). Then there's one shooter, whom the Army trusted to cousel others on how to deal with battle-field stress, etc... a Major, no less. But a Muslim.

B.S. The military may be manufacturing a situation that allows them to crack down on dissent within the ranks... And there should be a lot of dissent, given that these missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are complete bull. The architects of these illegal, genocidal wars should be the focus of this thread. They have killed many more than Hasan allegedly has.

I thought he lived. The initial report of his death was recanted.

We may never know the whole answer here. There is no escaping the fact that what he did was wrong, but lets "look under the carpet" and see what we can find. He was a counselor, he tried to offer solace to those soldiers comming back from the Middle East conflict. A conflict I might add that our troops are not trained to handle. We are up against terrorists over there, you can't identify your enemy untill he shoots at you. There's little wonder that our troops come back stressed out and f***ed up. And he listens to this every day, day after day in an attempt to get their lives back on track. And then people ask 'how could he do this?'

IMHO, the army threw him to the wolves.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Scorpio

If something is bothering you, it's important that you say so now, loudly and clearly. It's no good bottling things up any longer because that will only lead to resentment and a slow-burning anger. However, it's important that you know when to shut up too, otherwise you might overstate your case or sound so demanding that you turn others against you.
