Obama DID imply he was referring to individual private businesses when he stated, "...Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you've got a business - you didn't build that..."

Had your well-spoken, teleprompter addicted, pre-packaged speech delivering messiah been referring to the roads and bridges infrastructure he would have commented in the plural 'THOSE', ie,'you didn't build THOSE' rather than saying 'THAT' in reference to private business.

Clearly Obama intended for 'THAT' to refer to the business and NOT the roads and bridges. In so doing he informed private business owners THEY didn't build their businesses and to be ready for the government to take a bigger share of what Obama contends the government helped build.
