Paul Howard is just the Sheriff of Leslie County,Operation Unite to me has seem to cause more problems,Than they have solved.I live in Harlan County,And one can not stop to get a cup of coffee over here,With out some dopper hanging on the side of your truck,Either trying to sell pills,Or sell you something (Even sex.Not meaning to be crude here) to buy pills,Or drugs with,We have a great Sheriff,But so far he has not even been able to slow the drugs down around here,Let alone stop them,What is the answer to this problem? I have not a clue,But the Fact is! You can not Blame just one person,We Live in the Pill age,We have a pill for everything,And its taking its toll on all of us.

When Fred had it before,All I ever saw him do,Was set in DQ and brag about what a great state Trooper he was.I mean Old Fred Really is not to bad of a guy,But he sure as heck liked a lot when it came to being sheriff.I really never saw,Or Heard tell of him doing anything,And that's a fact!!

Paul Howard works all the time! Fred's family are a bunch of thugs! None of them work for a living and all of Paul's family earn an honest living! I have never heard anyone say positive things about Fred or his family! I think Pauls track record speaks for itself. Paul has saved more lives than fred ever thought of and has earned more metals of bravery...LMBO!!!!!!!!!!
