The fact that teh Chinese government have been making poor investment choices is a clue that they have way too much money and not enough investment experience. Take a look at their current activity with Cuba and Venezuela.

They would rather like Iran-China pipeline. It is rather clear.
saying openly, if Pakistan would have good officials, it would be probably good ally. But Pakistan is unfortunatelly lackey of usa and why should China give money for pipeline from Iran to Pakistan, which will be used by usa? It is insane and China is sane country.
