U.N. Urges Food Aid for North Korea

It is time North Korea is exposed for the inhumane nation it is.... they feed the people in the military, but not the "common folk"....why should the rest of the world take up the slack? When other countries donate food....who says that the common people get to eat it? who monitors the distribution? I am not comfortable with giving food to this kind of a cruel government.
