Yes indeed, thanks to a USSC ruling it's obamacare/TAX. That conflicts BIG TIME with the many interviews where the lord marshal b. h. obama made it perfectly clear...It was not a TAX.
Now that it's black and white and it's clearly a HUGE TAX it puts b. h. obama and the democRat Party in a bucket of cement going over a waterfall.
