What they are saying, if one knows how to interpret diplotalk, is why would the US cut funding if Egypt is going democratic..why did they not cut funding when Egypt was a dictorship?

Was 9/11 in our interests? That was a direct result of those folks we supported.

And no, they have not been saber rattling at all...granted, the people in Egypt are a little fed up with cowtowing to the barbarins in the Israeli government, but the new Egyptian government has been quite keen on keeping the peace agreement inplace.

1-no one of the people in Egypt wants your aid there is a campaign now asking government to stop taking it
2-every one walks in Egypt Has to follow it's law and who breaks it get himself in a trouble ( that's in any country i guess including yours )and there is evidence on these peoples who's been caught and they pay some groups to destabilize our
country and they have videos and photos of churches and military facilities and check points and since you don't live in Egypt and only hear your media talking so you better know that we won't let anyone mess with our national security in
exchange of some crappy aid.
3-don't think that your military aid is something big or it's charity .. it's the price that you bought Mubarak and dictator regimes like him to protect your presence in the middle east by all meaning of this words and keep the fake treaty with Israel that no one in Egypt accepts it as long as Israel killing our Palestinian's brothers and steal their lands and since your leaders know well that the aid is more important to them than us .. i don't think they will risk cutting it off although i want them to cut it off we don't
want anything from you.

Why not just stay out of it? I say we let them pick their own battles. Our country needs to take care of itself, the gap between the rich and poor is getting bigger and the cost of healthcare in this country is just ridiculous.
