endorsing one: Spanish.

Instead of worrying about immigrants learning English, he told an audience,
America should be teaching its children Spanish.

WSB: Despite the freezing temperatures, hundreds fought for a place in line
in Marietta, Georgia to apply for federal aid to help pay their heat and
power bills this winter.

Only 30 people were being let in at a time at the assistance center in
Marietta.

"It was freezing," applicant Linda Benefield told WSB-TV. "I was in line for
three hours and 15 minutes, but I needed the help."

(CNSNews.com )- Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) failed to identify
more than 800 criminal alien convicts eligible for deportation before they
were released from U.S. prisons, including "many" of "the most egregious
criminal aliens, who pose a significant pubic safety risk," according to a
report by the Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security
(DHS).

According to the report, released on Feb. 4, ICE's Criminal Alien Program,
or CAP, "is responsible for identifying criminal aliens incarcerated in
federal, state, and local prisons and jails who are eligible for removal
from the United States."

In fiscal year 2009, CAP failed to identify 890 criminal aliens eligible for
removal from the United States, according to the report. These criminals had
been incarcerated in facilities in Texas and California and were released
back into U.S. society.

A criminal alien eligible for removal is a person who is in the United
States illegally and is subsequently convicted of a crime or was a legal
permanent residents convicted of a removable offense, such as murder and
other felonies.

back he looked at the logs--it looks as though the visits are all from this
past year.) He concludes, "Rachel Maddow is the president's favorite media
hack." Sure, the piece gives reasons as to why Maddow's visits are out of
the ordinary (her ratings aren't as good as Fox's) and insinuates that The
President is being wasteful with his time (King Abdullah has the same amount
of visits), and that her visits mean that she's more better liked than
Arianna Huffington and Fareed Zakaria--all of which are subjective
conclusions which are arguably all up for debate.

And they aren’t shy about it. The group’s leader and sole employee, Joel Arends, told Mother Jones,“Yes, it’s the swift boating of the president.”

Arends said his goal is to take “what’s perceived to be [Obama's] greatest strength”— the successful raid on Osama Bin Laden’s Pakistani compound — and make it “his greatest weakness.” The effort started this week with a web video attacking Obama for taking too much credit.

In an interview with ThinkProgress, Arends refused to discuss any information regarding how the group was financed or its leadership. Arends also declined to provide legal forms he claims to have filed with the IRS. A representative from the IRS told ThinkProgress that the agency does not have any forms from Arends’ group on file.

A gay marriage political crisis, not ‘evolution’

There is a lot of fawning media coverage of President Obama's new support for gay marriage. There is serious discussion of how he "evolved," and there are serious timelines being prepared by the Obama apologencia that earnestly track his "evolution." The only problem is they don't put "evolution" in quotation marks to highlight the cynical doubts that Obama's conversion deserves.

There is every reason to believe that this decision was made because Obama thinks it serves his current selfish political interests. He characterizes his politically expedient flip-flop as a theological "evolution." The reality is, his political trajectory has stalled and he "evolved" into a desperate political situation.

Obama again proves his stupidity by coming out of the closet. This will turn blacks and hispanics away from him while solidifying what is only 2% of the american public and already destined to vote liberal anyway. Thank you Obama for taking one for TEAM AMERICA....CIAO.
