Bought 5 tickets to the show in the fall at the pre-sale. The show was amazing, but........the Phantom was horrible. Not only was he a mediocre singer, but his portrayal of the Phantom was almost comedic. For a while I thought I was watching the character of Jack from A Nightmare Before Christmas. I would refrain from casting faculty in shows when there are talented students who can play the roles.
