Good for Taylor Swift, but her opening number was a disaster. She also could take a little media break due to massive over saturation. Underwood is talented and gorgeous. Paisley and Underwood did a great job as hosts. Kris Kristoferson was trashed, Reba is downright frightening and could kick anyones as s. But the award winners for biggest mess goes to the Judds. Hands down.

What a Joke this awards show was, even radio this morning is abuzz with people complaining, just tell me how the worst vocalist of the bunch can win the FVOTY award. This is going to backfire on her big time. And the Kayne thing is so Old I still say it was just a ploy to get her attn so people would feel sorry for here and give her their vote, and I hope it comes out.

Her voice is still a little weak but her songs are well written and recorded. I would definitely give her a shot at the title.

When she said, "Everything I've ever dreamed about happened in one night," I cringed. You'd hate to be 19 and have that happen. She seems like a hard-working, nice young woman, who's struck it rich singing songs to teenagers. How long that will last is debateable. Gretchen Wilson won everything there was to win in one night less than five years ago and has disappeared from the charts and lost her recording contract. I know that country music hopes she brings in a ton of new listeners, but I just don't see it becoming a long-lasting fad. The regular, middle-aged country listener was still around after John Denver and Olivia Newton John, Urban Cowboy and all the cross-over artists. George Strait has been around for 30 years and there's a reason why.

She's sold 4 million albums in the last year and so we know why they love her. Atleast they got it right with Darius Rucker winning an award. Last spring they picked Julianne Hough over Darius for best new artist. People, we're picking singers, not cute dancers with one hit.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Pisces

Mercury's retro phase in Capricorn will raise questions in your mind about a friend or loved one during the next two weeks. You might wonder what they're playing at and have to ask them to be straight with you, or you could work hard at overcoming the current problems between you so you're able to enter a much more positive phase in your relationship.
