Serena Williams loses in 1st round

Great champion, tough day, on the red clay of Roland Garros.

A 111 ranking is misleading, in that she wasn't 111 in the world on European Clay.
Over the years, many top ranked pro's have been upended by clay court specialists who are playing out of their minds.
All you can do is say "Good Match!" and move on.
