Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's silver medal effort in men's doubles with Michael Llodra and his quarterfinal finish in singles was enough for France to win Olympic team gold in men's tennis at the 2012 Olympic tennis competition that finished Sunday at Wimbledon.

However, I don't understand how the author picked the Russian women's team as winning the gold team-medal. They finished second in singles and fourth in doubles. The American women's team finished first in singles and first in doubles. They should be the Gold Medal women's-team winners.
