Ok this is what really bugs me. When they did the "mohave" experiment. They got totasl technophobes. They basically put vista on, relabelled it as "mohave" and basically said that they made a new operating system yet it was vista. Personally they should be sued for misleading people with a substandard operating system. Alot of Microsoft users lost out with vista due to its lackluster release. Thats why they had to release windows 7 earlier than anticipated as vista was microsofts cock up.

Since did Windows NOT work like crap on “minimum requirements”.
Since when did other software and games NOT work like crap on “minimum requirements”. The lawsuit is over, the idiots that tried to blame MS for being cheap lost. As for Windows 7 releasing “earlier”, look at the history of desktop OS Windows and check the facts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Window... Just because XP->Vista took 5 years, it doesn’t mean that Vista->Windows 7 is “fast”. It’s actually “not as slow” as the previous but still slower than any other Windows release in history! Anyone who knew anything about upgrading Windows knew that you must double or triple the requirements if you want to use your computer to any seriousness. It DOES make a difference! Otherwise, why would anyone ever buy a computer for 2-5x the price of a budget system??? It’s no different now. Except, MS found a way to charge you full price to “upgrade” your cheap computer’s OS by dynamic nerfing of Windows 7 down to netbook operability. If you really like the Windows 7 interface, by all means, spend $200 to upgrade your $100 computer. No one gives a crap. But if you really want to get your money’s worth, just get a new computer where the OS price is bulk-rated by the manufacturer. Learn a lesson from the past this time! |
