biofuel stations , next gen cars, Cool stuff. Will we wait until its to late or keep up with the rest of the world?(yes I know this company is partly American owned). The people of Sweden support these kind of projects and the politicians promote them rather than caving in to lobbyists.

What about American Made Toyotas? Are people in other countries that buy US goods traitors to their countries? |
|

Are there any companies that will convert your car into a hybrid ? Is is just way too expensive ? I know that you can convert http://www.generatorfacts.com into propane fueled for only a couple of hundred dollars, but I would really like to be able to take advantage of the power lost when I am braking...

FYI: Saab is a 100% subsidiary to American Generl Motors.. |
|
You idiot, there is not one car left in the nation that is 100% American made. While you may have strong patriotism, car makers do not. |
|
I would never own an American made vehicle, they are pieces of junk. They need to get their act together and start building better vehicles or someday they will all go the way of Chrysler and become a subsidiary of a foreign company. |

Sounds like a few of you need to just simply get a clue and stop being so naive.

I believe that Sweden can produce a good quantity of biofuels.
If a machine is able to harvest directly only potato starch then Sweden would can have a good production of ethanol. Potatoes can be cultivated everywhere and produce 2-3 ton/hectaire of ethanol but the problem is the great volume. |

reply to "JFK" "Traitors"
Why? My family arrived in New York in 1623. They traded British made goods to the American Indians. Most of the products in the world are either fully or partially manufactured in other places. Welcome to Free market capitalism - world globalization. Lets take a look in your closet and see how "made in America" you are. |

Yes true, with any Capitalist Society you have the choices on who to be loyal to in the market. Some free market companies are not loyal to people in the market, BUT "the market" itself! No matter where in the World that is...sad but true.
It is nice to see some customers rally to America's aid in spite of the greed of it all. It really says that the appeal to be "American" has not yet vanished as it has in other cultures. Is America one country or a mix of all of the World? Look around , I see the mix, too. More power to new ingredients! |

The problem is the U.S. doesnt manufacture anything anymore. Even TV's are not made here now.
|
I dont understand why our country has let this all happen. We use to be so big in the industery and making things here, and now nothing much gets made here. The jobs are all dried up..What is going to happen here is no more USA. The middle class is going down and unless we make some big changes it will be no more..Only rich and poor, no in betewen. |

Or how about people who buy Fords made in Japan? |
|
Whatever, the US still manufactures plenty. More importantly it doesn't matter. The US is on top of all of the new technology industries. Let them have their heavy labor, we will sell them the machines they use to make our toys.
