Just cutting off all coal produced electricity would be enough to place Califronia in the dark. Yes ENRON, taught the world some lessons that those in sunny California failed to learn. And now others have the fingers on Califronia's electrical juggler, Some of which reside in Mexico and Canada. Outside of the reach of US laws.
