Opinion: China overtaking U.S. in space?

Already done.

Alot of fear-mongering about the need for U.S Militarization of Space, didn't really see anything aside from opinions. America spent all of its money on bombing civilians and invading countries; China has spent its money on development.

Invasion has been in the past. In modern times, it is with latest technology. History says, some world power was dominating at different times and it is perhaps , Americas' now.As regards space, America's exercise is over, rather exhausted. Now it looks the turn of china. That's all. I do not see anything to talk about development as nothing has been achieved or contributed for existence of humanity in such ventures in the past after spending huge resources of this planet earth.

Someone has to take our place. We just dismantled our space program. We might as well sell them our shuttles or give them to them to cancel much of our debt with them.

So that bomb & control campaign across the middle-east by the Americans isn't an invasion?

No. That was just Uncle Sam's version of population control.

Someone needs to go up there to repair or replace the satellites when they need it. Our entire infrastructure depends on them.
