This letter has got to be a joke. I guarantee the person who wrote this wanted to show the ER how stupid the letters are that they print.
This rivals all of the right wing crazy stuff for idiocy.

And once it reaches that level it will then begin approaching it's final descent into the Liberal mind, where talking will be taxed and those that know more words than others will have them confiscated and given to those who are less literate. Pretty soon no one will be motivated to talk at all and utopia will exist.
