What definitely works right away on relieving symptoms and help cure yeast infections is the plain active culture yogurt. I consume the yogurt and soak tampon for ten minutes then insert it into my vagina for a couple of hours. I kept having frequent yeast infections and a friend told me it may be caused by candida( A yeastlike, parasitic fungus) through research I found that store bout medications actually make the condition worse because not only do they kill bad bacteria but good as well. So the best way to get rid of it is naturally through foods, herbs, and supplements visit my site here to learn more. http://www.candidayeastinfectionfree.com/

Stay away from books by fraudster kevin trudeau and do your own research. You can find all the information in his 'books' and more for free online and you won't get ripped off!

Since yeast thrives in damp environments, breathable fabrics like cotton can help prevent yeast infections. Wear only cotton underwear or undies with a cotton panel in the crotch. Same goes for pantyhose -- wear only the kind with a cotton panel.

I thought you were supposed to eat the yogurt and in a few days it will treat the yeast infection. I once had a yeast infection and I read in a book to eat and only eat yogurt that contains active Lacobacillus acidophilus. In the same book I read this in it said Dannon has the correct amount needed. It also stated to find out to call the company of the brand and ask. The question you need to ask when you call is : What is the viable count (in cells per gram) of culture in your frozen yogurt? If the answer is 10 to the eighth or ninth power (one billion) cells per gram, you've found an excellent source; 10 to the fifth to seventh powers would be pretty good. Below that is poor.

I just went a bought the straight up Dannon yogurt. It worked for me.

This is the book I read and still have it 14 years later.(hope this click and copy works)
