Police: Black Woman Tortured By Six Whites For A Week

This is unfortunate and pathetic however it is not representative of all so-called "whites". This behavior is reflective of not only ignorance but depravity on the part of those perpetrating the act. Also, this has little to nothing to do with the beautiful state of West Virginia because we have idiots who choose to act in like manner in every state and in all "colors". Hey that reminds me, I've never seen a white person or a black person for that matter. If such exists they would be in the minority. I've seen so-called "whites" who were pale but hardly white.
Check it out: remove your clothing and stand in front of a mirror, now put the color white or black next to your skin. You don't need to tell me the answer most of us performed this experiment as children. The questions then becomes, "Why do you call yourself what is definitely not representative of you.
I've also seen so-called "blacks" who were dark but hardly black (unless chocolate ice cream is black ice cream and delicious chocolate brownies are actually not brownies at all but "blackies"0. Oh the politics of it all. Conduct the same experiment you will get the same result----no match. Thank God the majority of Americans have already conducted this experiment because we are the ones (of all colors) that keep this country a viable and blessed force in the world. The WV clan mentioned in this article believe the emperor is actually wearing a new suit of clothing though he stands naked in the street. The WV clan believes they are "white" when in fact they are not, just as Minister Farrakhan is not black.
Tell me why do we torture ourselves like this? Why do we assume collective responsibility for individuals who are created/designed by God to chose and assume individual responsibility for their own (individual) actions?
This WV article attempts to inflame our emotions. Why? We didn't commit the crime. Why should I choose sides, wrong will always be wrong weather I have the intestinal fortitude to admit the same or not. I am not the smartest but I am smart enough to realize I stand accountable for my own actions. I reject this emotional politics.
So the next time some pollster tells you 90% of so-called blacks voted democratic in 2004. You need to ask yourself, considering the voting booth is private, how would anyone know the proper "black" voting percentages in the 2004 Presidential Election? If, as is the case, this percentage speculation is based solely on exit polling, then why is it repeated as though it were empirical evidence? Perhaps, just perhaps, the reason is because sufficient credit is not given for the general public and our ability to think and reason critically. There are no pure races in America. Most of us are of mixed race, although we don't admit the same. If you doubt me go and allow a DNA swab of your inner jaw.(smiles)
If you are not strong enough to accept the results-----don't do the DNA test. I would hate to hear of you committing suicide following announcement of the test results. I embrace all of me, whatever "all" is, you should do the same. I am not limited or defined by my race. while i do not like blacks i think this is wrong. no one should. these dumb a$$e$ should serve a long time in jail and they will get theirs from fellow inmates. but one thing bothers me-just because the victime was black does not mean it was a hate crime. they are sick people and probably would have done this to a white girl. maybe black girl was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. by labeling everything a hate crime cuz there are different races involved just causes more hatred between them.

Sad story, whether it was a black woman or a white woman. But if you think this was not a hate crime you need to be evaluated quick.

Why would you have to say that? Also this was a hate crime or they would not be referring to her as the n word all the time. You think if it was a white girl they would have been saying w------?

I am a white girl with a black man and we have a son together.I hate of a crime being done against anyone no matter what color they are.That is what is wrong with alot of the world today they can't seem to see past color.It is a shame.

Nobody should be tortured or forced to do anything, no matter what color you are. Wrong is wrong.
However, Let me digress. I am being tortured every day by ghetto culture. I'm forced to look at stupid cars with 22" rims, "men" walking down the street with their underwear hanging out, being "talked at" instead of to... Then on top of everything else I have to put up with the total bastardization of the English language. Then, just because I happen to observe this I'm called "being racist". Whatever. I don't care who my neighbor is, just behave like an American, not some third world revolutionary chimp. When you decide to show the world your discontent against the society you live in by destroying it's norms then you have lost all of your credibility.

What was done to that young lady was sick and depraved. They deserve to get hard prison time for the things that they did. But I disagree with labeling any crime a 'hate crime'. A crime is a crime. They shouldn't be punished more because their victim was black. Does anyone actually believe that they should do LESS time if their victim would have been white instead? That's not justice......

It was a terrible situation for anyone - black or white. The reason it's called a hate crime is to give Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson something else to complain about. Would Sharpton have spoken out if the victim had been white and the depraved individuals had been black? NO WAY!

You are completely right! If it had been a white girl nothing would have been said. Also, one of the perpetrators was an ex boyfriend of the victim. How can he be charged with a 'hate crime' when he is obviously not racist?

You are right, and no they wouldn't care and neither would the national media. Google Channon Christian or the Wichita Massacre. These are hate crimes involving white victims, but nobody with a national voice cares.
