Politics is now just a battle of millionaires----Which rich guy can win the office, pay off his pals and pursue his own harebrained agenda? See where that got us under Bush/Cheney: thousands dead, the economy in the tank, and oil execs making billions.

Probably kickbacks from Halliburton for all those no-bid contracts. Do you think Dick is upset with the price of oil? LOL

Well, Dave I just wonder how your "anger management" worked when Erhlich was the Governor. Sure you were pleasant and supportive of the former Governor. Funny how everytime someone criticizes O'Malley they are hate mongers and unhappy people. Well, maybe they have a right to dislike and criticize an individual who is a liar and only interested in advancing his own career. Try eating corn pops they might taste a little better than pissed on cornflakes.

Successful people tend to earn a lot of money and that is the American dream. Why does everyone blame them for making money? Maybe the "entitled" and lazy people should get off of their butts and try to be sucessful. I personally admire them ..... wish I could be one.

Yeah Dave, I'm sure Cheney works real hard. His day must be just backbreaking I'm sure. Your "American Dream" is a ruse. The fact is "hard work" doesn't have a damn thing to do with your pay grade. Ask any bricklayer or janitor. Cheney is rich because he eases in and out of govt and private industry positions like a snake, peddling his influence along the way.

Amen Billo. You smacked the nail square on the head and drove it home with one hit.

Laurel Dave will never agree with you because he basically admits he wants to be rich like Cheney-all the talk about hard work is just posturing and BS. In Laurel Dave's world, white collar criminals with MBAs and get rich schemes are considered "hard workers" who "earned" their money. While the working poor who toil away at low paying, back breaking jobs and can't afford food and shelter much less college or other job training are "lazy" and have an "entitlement" mentality.

The people with the biggest entitlement mentality in the world are wealthy, country club republicans. They think they are smarter and have worked harder than everyone else, even though mommy and daddy paid for tghweir Ivy League college and provided the social connections that got them to their high paying current positions.

A whole culture of arrogant, conservative, snobs who were born on third base and spend their days bragging about what sluggers they are and what a bunch of "lazy slackers" everyone else is...
