D.C. Corrections Officers File Harassment Lawsuit - News Story ...

I'm a former C.O. and have written a book (looking for a publisher) on how my fellow staff and trainers not only singled me out but repeatedly set me up to fail.
The Human Rights Commission in the State where I live didn't seem too interested because I didn't fall under any of the federally protected criteria.
So I wrote a book about it.
Any suggestions?

I'm glad the HRC has already found in favor with one of the officer's complaints. The core problem, IMO, with homophobia is how some police think they can instill their trailerpark/cavemen ways on the rest of the world. These "good old boys" would be more at home with a pillow case over their heads then be in pocession of a badge. Homophobia will always be a major problem as long as it's roots are in the police force.
