It's about time. The abuse of the alien workers is shocking. This situation in the CNMI is essentially legalized slavery.

If this bill is going to include American Samoa, I will also support it. We have been moving very slow in terms of progress. We cannot afford to be labeled as a sweatshop slavery island again and yet (I believe) there are no bold moves made to deter this behavior from ever happening again.
