Its about time someone stood up to this injustice., But its not just the police , its the prosecutors and Judges as well!
My husband made a mistake, his mistake cost him 43 months in a federal satellite camp. Which he only spent a year in, he was moved to a detention center where they house drug lords, terrorists and murders, real nice huh.( my husband is African American I am white) A bank manager who did worst, more money was involved and people and agencies, and was sentenced by the same Judge was given 21 months. The bank manager was white. Now what is wrong with this picture????? Who is in a satellite camp and will more than likely NOT be moved.
I was born and raised in VT, and this hate and racial profiling is not from us, its from the people who have come here and brought it with them. The prosecutor in my husbands case was from Los angeles,Ca. It was an all white court except for a IRS worker ,she was African American who was brought in to make it look good only.
Vermont does not need these kind of people watching over our State or legal systems. Its time we pass a law if you were NOT born here you cannot hold any kind of public office here. We have endured enough of this hate and profiling of people innocent or not, and these people need to know we will no longer tolerate it.

as a truck driver I was stopped more than 13 times a week because the cops where doing their job and fishing for the BAD truckers, it wasn't the cops fault SOME truckers where BAD people, but the only way they could find the BAD ones was to stop trucks. They profiled trucks because truckers brought the profiling on themselves by refusing to police themselves.

I was thankful the cops where trying to protect me from the BAD truckers, only a blasted fool would complain the cops where harassing them while trying to find the BAD people.

If there is no crime cops will sit around an eat donuts and watch the world go by.
