I know 2 cops who take bribes from motorist, should I report?

I know them from a previous job. They talk to me and we hang out. Off duty they are ok and have a few drinks but that is when they talk. I have them both tell me of the cash they gey. I got in an argument last month over something else and we got into a fight so we no longer hang out. I can turn them in but kind of feel sorry for their wives.

Yes, you should report them to the district attorney's office. You are morally, if not legally, obligated to do so. By taking bribes, they are violating the "rule of law", one of the foundations of our nation, by allowing people with more money to break the law and escape prosecution and possible conviction.
As for their wives, it's unfortunate they are in that situation. However, if you marry someone with questionable morals (whether or not you realize it), you will have to deal with the consequences of their actions. If someone commits a murder, the judge will not let them go free just to make their spouse happy.
So, I would report it if I were you. It may suck for anyone involved. You will likely be able to remain anonymous and not testify in court. And doing so will help preserve the integrity of law enforcement officers.
