Simply put, opposition to same-sex rights a case of bigotry

It is bigotry to not want gays to have equal rights. Could someone say they believe in segregation and not be racist? Or against Christians being able to practice their religion and not be prejudice against Christians? I don't think so! But bigots use religion and "family values" as an excuse to be bigoted, discriminatory, and oppressive and want to look like they are still a good person at the same time. They are not good people!
