Now he's found laying in a ditch near his vehicle and gets a dwi. Would a law enforcement officer or someone from a district attorney's office explain why he didn't receive a dwi in Sanger, but gets a dwi near his vehicle?

That, sir or madam, is one hell of a good question. I heard he was bare-azzed naked as well. Give him a public indecency charge as well, I mean, for his singing.
