I thought the Supreme Court already ruled that programs explicitly favoring minorities were unconstitutional.

Remember Jennifer gratz
She applied for admission to the University of Michigan, was rejected, and sued the school in 1997. Paired with a similar case against the University of Michigan Law School, her case made its way to the Supreme Court in 2003.

She sued because 85 minorities with lower scores thAn hers wes admitted but 1200 white students with lower scores than hers was admitted to but they had to make a big deal about the race of 85 students than the 1200

1200 white kids got in with lower scores that wasn't a problem
85 minorities with low scores get in and that is a big deal

White women can't claim discrimination when white women are the biggest recipients of affirkative action. I call bull sheeeeet!

The key word is explicitly. Be honest with us, Kim. Can you honestly say that you haven't been held to a lower standard by your school, both in admissions and grading? I doubt it.

You have blacks and latinos from the worst ghetto highschools in Houston getting into college over Asians & whites with higher scores in suburban highschools.
