Get overself, I knew that Sotomayor was a Bush appointment.

Hey Dude this article is about another judge not Sotomayor she sits on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, Mass. is in the 1st Circuit and she is an appellate judge therefor she does not do any sentencing. By the way she would not be my first choice. Not liberal enough, but better than the Bush-league appointments.

Mac,

Wait until you or your family is the victim of crime...then you'll probably want a conservative judge. Liberals are amazing, they talk so wonderfully out of both sides of their mouths!

Why don't you get over yourself and stop the propaganda.

I am a liberal and I have been the victim of crime. Big effin' deal. Our system is broken from all sides. The most conservative states have the most crime and especially violent crime.

I'm not sure which is worse, doublespeak, or bile. Democrats and Republicans both have their issues. Try thinking for yourself instead of just repeating what you hear on Rush, and you may start to realize that both sides have their good points. The "Us versus Them" mentality is just going to make things worse.

Tough childhood, have you no empathy? Hopefully, the case is adjudicated by Sonia Sotomayor who has passed her empathy exam with flying colors.

Daily Horoscope for November 26

Gemini

Your eleventh house of friends and associates is activated by the Moon in Aries and it's time to go out and play with your friends. Even the Twins, who have been somewhat reclusive lately, will benefit from socializing tonight. A sense of relief will take hold when you realize that no one really has a better life than you. Sure, it might seem like someone else has a more glamorous existence, but if you could be a fly on the wall in their bedroom, you'd find they have nightmares, too!
