ATLANTA>> Recent student suicides have parents and advocates complaining that anti-bullying laws enacted in nearly every state are not being enforced and do not go far enough to identify and rid schools of chronic tormentors.

Judged:

An extreme form of bullying is racial hate crime. The Southern Poverty Law Center published a report on anti-Caucasian racial hate crime in Hawaii. Here is my review of that article, including links to the article itself, plus pdf files of the findings of the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education and a consent decree forced on the Hawaii DOE by the U.S. regarding the Hawaii schools' continued stonewalling and failure to take action to deal with the situation. This stuff is dynamite; and the Hawaii media have been suppressing it.

im really sorry for this familys who have been hurt by bullying!!! i currently live in Hawaii and my school is taking part in the senior project. my goal is to use the senior project to inform the children in Hawaii about what effects bullying can have on a person. i hopes that this will prevent bullying with in the island and maybe make a change in the world. your story will be mentioned in my project as with some real life facts. but my prayers and faith are sent to the familys who's loved one's have gotten taken away from the acts of bullying.
