Not to worry - they are a separate race and will continue to be a separate race. They have different values, different genetic predisposition's and will always feel apart. Look to Africa to see the evolution of "black" politics. Somewhat different than in our country. If you read Dr. King, and his feelings toward Israel and the separate Jewish state, you realize that he felt a separate black state or country would allow the black race to shine and show the whole world how it is to be done. |

Blacks get insulted about everything. They make everything a racial issue but then you have these rappers call each other names and it's fine for them. If they do it, it's ok, if someone else does it, you have Obama, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, Oprah, Jesse Jr. and the entire black community start complaining. Actually the comment that seems to get the most bad response is the "fairy tale" comment. Which was meant to imply that Obama flip flopped on his opinion on the war. Why that is making a big deal in the black community is not because of the intended meaning, but the use of the term "fairy", and shows the black community's homophobia.

Blacks? I thought that because they were endangered and it had been proven that they were killing themselves off because they can't even stand thenselves, they weren't even a real consideration? Oh well I guess even these animals have a right to be given a chance to fail otherwise they would cry for another 500 hundred years that they can't do anything because they were slaves. God knows that has gotten old and yet they continue to prove they are worthless and unable of helpind themselves unless of course they can jump high and or run fast. Obama says he wants to UNITE our country around our common values: Equality, Justice, and Liberty for ALL.
Obviously, the Clintons are great dividers. United we stand, divided we fall. That's how "they" -- self-centered politicians and their rich corporate lobbyist freinds -- keep us ALL down by DIVIDING us. Democracy is NOT something done TO us. It was a nickname given to me a long time ago when I was the only woman manager of a distribution center. The mostly men: semi-truck drivers, fork lift drivers, etc. gave me that name. I was a single mom and I ran the operation like I would a home -- multiple people with multiple schedules, needs, duties, levels of ability but all important. We broke company records for timeliness, efficiency, low sick leave usage, etc. My climb up the corporate ladder and current success had a lot to do with those guys in a day when my bosses expected me to fail because I was a woman and I was young. The bosses couldn't discriminate against me based on gender, but they could set me up to fail. Those fork lift drivers and truck drivers and heavy laborers enabled me to succeed. I wear the nickname they gave me with honor. |

I am all for blacks getting ahead, and doing well. But I'm also tired of being blamed as a "whitey" for every slave owner that lived 200 years ago. Blacks just need to get over it and move ON. At times they seem to bring up race more than anyone - and it's getting tiring.
And now they vote in droves for the first time, just because a black man finally arrives as a candidate. That's a bunch of bunk. I know many black people who are great -- hard working, good people, no problem. I also know whites who are jerks. It all depends on the person. I wish racial divides and talk would just go away. We can't do anything about the past -- it is merely history now. |

It's about the HUMAN race. It's about the UNITED States of America. There are many things that we allow to divide us as a country -- socio/eoonomic differences, educational differences, regional differences, religious differences, ethnic and racial differences. But we are all citizens with shared rights and responsibilites. We must work together for the common good or we are all doomed. |
