What's truly hysterical is the fact that unions potested with OWS for the 99% but won't consider paying into their health care or retirement benefits like the overwhelming majority of employed Americans',instead the cry for more taxes to ensure they pay nothing.

I'd like to see retirements based solely on last three years of service, without overtime, or balloon leave credits in the mix. I'd also like to see all civil service employees limited to one retirement package, funded jointly by all agencies for whom they worked, based on longevity and salary.

Existing employees should pay hefty sums into their retirement packages. No entity should be exempt from paying into retirement.

New employees should be dumped into social security, with the opportunity to participate in unmatched 401k's ...just like the majority of the taxpayers paying the freight.
